The promise of bitcoin, the architecture and the technical application of the network acted as my gateway into the open web; its ethos, and the greater open-source community, made me stay.

Section 1. Work

The book covers five years of NoGood illustration projects and outlines the backdrop for and context within which my work was created.

I aim for it to open doors to worlds mostly unknown to the average internet user, telling an overarching story of open-source software, open protocols, independent technology and online privacy.

Section 2. process

Opening up the illustration process

A sketchbook within the book, containing process shots from all stages of my illustration process. Some very rough first drafts, others more refined, some crystal clear.

Printed on thin phonebook-like paper, the process section contains roughly 64 pages of sketches.

Section 3. Context

Illustrated articles, blog posts and podcast transcripts

A zine within the book. Words by people who explain the context in which my work exists better than I ever could. Illustrated and released under a Creative Commons Share-Alike license.
